Receive your budget.

If you're approved, the government gives you a quarterly budget for services at home. It's yours to use with the provider you choose.

Questions? Everyone has them.

Australians 65+ (or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) who need some help to keep living safely at home. It starts with a My Aged Care assessment.
It replaced the old Home Care Packages program from November 2025 — one simpler program for care at home.
Everyday help (cleaning, meals, shopping, transport), personal care, social support, respite, and clinical services like nursing and allied health — matched to your assessed needs and the government's service list.
Eligibility is assessed through My Aged Care (1800 200 422). You don't have to work it out alone — call us first and we'll guide you through the whole process.
Clinical care is fully government-funded. Independence and Everyday Living services may involve an income-based contribution set by Services Australia — and since 1 July 2026 every service price is capped by the government. We'll show you your exact position before you commit to anything.
Ask any provider: Will I have one dedicated contact who knows me? Can I reach a real person quickly? Are nurses on staff or down a referral chain? Are statements clear? We're happy to be compared on all four.
Completely. From a few hours a week to daily support, your plan is built around your routine and adjusted whenever life changes.
Yes, at any time. We handle the changeover so your services don't stop.
Yes — police checks, qualifications and ongoing training for every care partner, with our registered nurses providing clinical oversight, all under the Aged Care Quality Standards as a registered provider.
Yes — with familiar faces, routine, patience and clinical oversight from our nursing team. We'll be honest with you about what we can support well, and help you find specialised services where needed.
Very. Care fits around your life — not the other way around.
Usually within days of our first conversation. You've likely waited long enough already.
