Feedback & complaints.
Tell us what's working and what isn't. We'd always rather hear it — it's how we get better, and it never affects your care.
Talk to us first — it's the fastest fix
Most things are sorted with a single phone call. Speak to your care partner, or call our office on (08) 7094 3155. You can also email feedback@acac.au or send us a message through our contact page. Prefer WhatsApp? Message us here.
You can give feedback openly, or ask to remain anonymous. Either way, you'll be listened to with respect, and raising a concern will never affect the care you receive.
Or send it to us right here
What happens when you raise something
We listen
We acknowledge your feedback quickly and make sure we understand it fully.
We act
We look into it, keep you informed, and put things right wherever we can.
We learn
We use what you tell us to improve care for you and for everyone we support.
If you'd rather go outside ACAC
You have every right to raise a concern with an independent body at any time — you don't have to speak to us first. The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is free, and you can complain openly, confidentially or anonymously:
For free, independent advocacy and support, you can also contact the Older Persons Advocacy Network (OPAN) on 1800 700 600.
