To refer someone to ACAC today:

Call us on (08) 7094 3155 (Adelaide) or 03 8658 7922 (Melbourne East) — we take every referral call personally.

Or email the client's name, contact details and a short note about their needs to melbourne@acac.au (Victoria), or call our Adelaide head office for SA referrals.

We take it from there — same-day contact with the family, help with My Aged Care if they're not yet assessed, and a clear handover back to you.
